Dan was born and raised in Erie, Pa. Dan served in the business community and has been involved in real estate for 40 + years owning several income properties, investment-commercial, industrial and residential. Dan has helped clients buy and sell real estate since 2005, ranging in price from $1,000,000 to $25,000. Dan has sold a property a month for the past year and a half. The average time on the market is 32 days with list to sale price of 96%. Dan is married to his wife Rosie for 37 years. Rosie is a professor at Edinboro University and they have 3 children and 2 grandchildren. Daughter Erin and husband Sven live in Phoenix, Arizona with Max (7) and Hans (4). both have their masters' degrees in business. Emelia lives in Boston with her husband Chad. Chad is a lawyer and Emelia is working on her Ph.D in micro biology. Nick graduated from Allegheny College in May '08. He lives in Boston working for Ironwood Pharmaceuticals as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
